Pleasant music plays
Open on a drone shot above Clackamas, Oregon and the surrounding areas. We see homes, pine trees on hills, and the snowy peak of Mt. Hood in the distance. 
The drone makes a couple of sped-up movements to approach the medical building of Sunnyside Dentistry. The bottom floor is built from stone and the top floor with rustic wood. 
We transition to the other half of the building with a sign and a flagpole. This half is all stonework with large windows in the center.
We move to a bright, open lobby with plenty of sunlight and a long reception desk with large plants behind it. There are plush seats, offices behind glass walls, and a fish tank.

We transition to a shot moving quickly down the hallway along the exam rooms. The double-high ceilings are light wood slats. The walls are white, clean, and decorated with pleasant artwork. Wooden framework cuts through the center of the room, above the entrances to each of the open-air exam rooms. 
We move to a shot moving backwards down this same hallway.  
A flare transition takes us to a shot panning across a 3D cone beam x-ray machine.
We cut to a shot inside a clean exam room. Large windows are situated in front of the exam chair. 
Another shot of a different exam room starts up at the ceiling, focused on the wooden framework over the room’s entrance. The camera moved forward and swoops downward to focus on the examination chair. This room also has a large, bright window visible from the chair. 
A flare sweeps across the frame and takes us to the front door of the practice. A male patient walks toward the front door and pulls it open. 
Inside the lobby of the practice, we pick up with the patient on the other side of the door. He enters the lobby and walks off frame toward the reception area. 
At the reception desk, the patient is given a warm handshake by a staff member. She then hands him a tablet to use in filling out his medical information. 
A reverse shot of the patient shows him finishing using the tablet and handing it back to the staff member. 
Another shot shows the reception team member receiving the tablet and thanking the male patient. 
The patient sits on a chair near the reception desk. A dental assistant approaches, the patient stands up to shake her hand, then follows her toward the examination area. 
The dental assistant walks next to the patient toward an examination room. They speak and smile to each other. 
We transition into an examination room. The dental assistant leads the patient into the exam chair. 
We cut to a close-up shot a few moments later when the assistant is placing a bib around the patient’s neck.
A wider shot of the exam room shows Dr. Casebeer entering and shaking hands with the patient.

We see Dr. Casebeer using the 3D scanner in the patient’s mouth. A 3D image of the patient’s teeth forms on a laptop screen nearby.

We cut to a shot of Dr. Casebeer and Dr. Hikade-Wyatt in the exam room. Dr. Hikade-Wyatt points to the 3D scanner image on the computer, speaking to Dr. Casebeer.

We move to a wider shot of the patient in the exam chair with Dr. Hikade-Wyatt examining his teeth. 
We see the patient after his examination with the doctors, receiving an x-ray from a dental assistant. She places a mouthguard in his mouth and operates the x-ray machine.

We move to a different room where the patient is receiving an x-ray using the 3D cone beam. A dental assistant helps situate his head in the machine. 
From an alternate angle, we see the cone beam machine rotating around the patient.
Back in the examination room. Drs. Casebeer and Hikade-Wyatt look at the patient’s x-rays. Dr. Casebeer points at the x-ray displayed on the monitor. 
We transition to Drs. Casebeer and Hikade-Wyatt walking down the exam room area hallway, engaged in conversation. 
We move to three of the team members smiling and chatting nearby. 
In another area of the practice, Dr. Hikade-Wyatt talks with two of the dental assistants.
Two other team members look over a clipboard, smiling at each other. 
At the reception desk, Dr. Casebeer stands with two team members, talking and smiling. 
A reception team member answers the phone with a friendly smile. 
We cut to Drs. Casebeer and Hikade-Wyatt walking down the exam area hallway, following them from behind. 
We zoom forward and transition to a wide drone shot of the Sunnyside Dentistry building and surrounding area. 
The Sunnyside Dentistry logo fades onto the screen.
